As you know we have a new topic for Wednesdays, called “What’cha Been Doing?” It started out with some projects that I have been working on, but I was really hoping that some of you would step up and share something that you are working on- and you are beginning to do that!! Crafts, re-purposing, sewing, cooking, baking, scrapbooking, organizing tips, upcycling, etc…. For your home, your kids or for others. Take a few pictures and tell us about it. I know that we have some creative fans out there!

This week’s post is from ME!

Found this recipe on Pinterest and HAD to have it! The ingredients and their purty pictures made my mouth water!!

Oven Baked Hot Dogs

I took this picture off their website because I didn’t think to take pictures until almost the end…

You will need:

8 hot dogs
8 hot dog buns
1 can of chili (Beans or no beans you decide)
1/2 an onion, diced
cheddar cheese
sweet relish (I used Dill)

*Line inside of hot dog buns with mayonnaise and sweet relish.(While baking, the mayo does yummy things to the bread.) Evenly add mustard.(To your liking)

*Fill with hot dogs and squish all 8 into a 13×9″ baking pan.

*Top hot dogs with chili, cheese, and diced onion. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350F for 45 minutes.

*Don’t skimp on any of the ingredients!!!!
(Here we are almost ready for the oven)
These are definitely an eat with a knife and fork kind of messy meal!
BUT, they were so good!!ENJOY!!!
